4. Pricing & Payments

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect and reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Custom or bulk orders are not eligible for return unless defective.

• Cancellation before dispatch may incur a processing fee.
